Shipping Policy/Rates:

All orders are shipped UPS/Signature required within 2 business days of placing the order and credit authorization is received.  We will notify you once your package has been shipped.   

 

• All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

• We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Shipments to Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges based on the type of delivery.  Please contact us if you are interested in shipping to these destinations. 

• We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. • We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders are sent via UPS, Signature Required.
• You can select to send a package to:
1. Billing Address– the same address as your billing address for your credit card
2. Shipping Address– an alternate address for you

UPS GROUND: FREE!       UPS 3 Day:  ($25)
UPS 2nd DAY:  ($35)          UPS NEXT DAY:  ($45)

 

 

Tax Policy:

 

Orders shipped within New York State will be charged sales tax.  All orders shipped outside New York are not charged sales tax. 

 

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

 

Hummingbird Lane will gladly accept exchanges/returns of unused and unwashed merchandise in its original package with tags still attached.  Exchanges or returns can be made within 10 days of purchase.  Returns will be issued a store credit only in the amount of your purchase.   Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.  All Sale Items are Final Sale.  There are no cancellations once orders have been placed.  Please contact us at info@hummingbirdln.com regarding any exchanges/returns. 

 

All packages must be prepaid.  For your own peace of mind, please insure your package with signature required. 

 

Privacy:

 

Hummingbird Lane respects your right to personal privacy.  When placing an order for yourself or someone else, we will collect your/their name, mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.  This information is not shared with outside parties unrelated to completing the order.
